Software Simulation using Function keys and Alt- keys

I am attempting to create an eLearning video, which includes instructions, a "try it yourself" section, and then a quiz. I understand that the Quizmaker can be used for some of the "try it yourself" piece (fill-in the blank and radio button options.) However, our software that I am trying to simulate uses Function keys (F6 to bring up specific windows) as well as shortcut keys (Alt-S takes the user to a certain field, Alt-P conducts a Patient Search). Is there anyway this can be simulated using Articulate?
We are trying to decide between the Articulate Studio and Adobe's eLearning Suite. This can be done usind Captivate, but can it be done in any piece of Articulate?
Thanks so much for any input...

Not that I know of.
You could put a keyboard on the screen and use the hotspot question, e.g. which button should you press next
