I'm building a courseware using storyline. The purpose of it, is to help users learn how to use a software and it's mostly composed of screen recording (try me) I'm presenting it next week and my executives wants me to present a few articles regarding the use of software simulations in the process of system implementation.
Does anyone read something like that? Do you have suggestions where i could find such articles / send me such one?
