Hi, folks! We're trying to troubleshoot an odd issue we're having with Storyline 3. Some of the projects within the course are showing as being completed; others are not. We're using the Results Slide tracking; reporting is Tin Can API. What kinds of things should we be looking for within the SL file to solve this issue? Thanks for any insights you can give us!
Hi Lydia! I'm happy to help. I need a little clarification on "projects within the course." Do you have multiple Storyline 3 packages that you've uploaded to create a larger "course" within your LMS? Or are you showing some interactions within a single Storyline 3 package are failing to report quiz data?

If they are multiple packages, choose a malfunctioning one for troubleshooting. Have a look at these steps for working through LMS issues. We can lend a hand with these steps too!
