I am looking or seeking inspiration for more engaging ways to present staff responsibilities for their job. This will form part of a trainer led workshop using Rise as the presenting tool.
Currently just showing text and a Vyond GIF, but with so many different responsbilities the lesson feels big and overwhelming.. Any one got ideas for something different?
I love scenarios to show how to DO rather than hear about it. Gather some examples of 1- situations when the employee needs to perform the task, 2- common errors, and 3- any misconceptions. Use this info to create an scenario - it can be used as an introduction to the instructor-led portion of the training. Alternatively, you may also use it later as a practice module for those who took the training.
Focus on the core responsibilities. Build the course around these ideas. Organize the information so that any one level of organization the number of topics are of reasonable size.
