Starting to work in E-learning

Hello fellow e-learning wizards! 

My name is Maja and I recently started working in a small L&D company which decided to switch from traditional facilitator led trainings to design & development of e-learning content. We will be working all over the world, but mainly in a market which is still unfamiliar with e-learning, the Eastern Europe :-) I have a lot of experience in education, delivering trainings and designing learning methodology, but working as a instructional designer and learning architect is a new area for me. 

I would be very grateful for any advice you can give me about EdTech sector, the job itself and working with clients who have no experience in this type of learning. 

P.S. I'm very happy to discover that community of e-learning professionals is very open and supportive to each other.
