Hi Claudie, there is no way to change the colour of the state globally but you can use the Format Painter to speed up the process.
To do this:
Change the colour of the state in your first question.
With the quiz question selected, go to the Home tab and double-click the Format Painter tool.
Click each of the quiz questions to apply the change.
Click the Format Painter when finished to deselect the option.
Note if you are using radio buttons, you can set the colour as the default by right-clicking on the button and selecting "Set as Default Radio Button." This will ensure any new questions you create have the correct colour but will not change the colour for questions that have already been created.
Also, please make sure that you apply those to the slide master for the question slides. That way every slide you create come up with the desired format.
