Stickman Help..... :-)
Nov 08, 2013
Hi everyone,
I am desperately looking for some help please. I am creating a logo for a learning program , or which I need a stickman reading, or thinking or learning. I was going to use the one below, but after someone looked at it and said it looks like someone on the loo, I think I need to reconsider.
Is there anyone that can point me to a collection of stickmen, or does anyone have an image I can possibly use.
As always your support an insight is greatly appreciated.

Pierre yup first thing I saw was a man on the loo haha..now what about editing the existing image ...something like this ..a bit rough around edges but you get the idea..
Thanks Eimear, didnt even think of editing the original.
I've read some great things while sitting in the loo and I've cr***py experiences in a classroom. So your original infographic might not be so bad.
How about a pic from a different angle
Hi Danny,
This is a brilliant alternative !! Thanks for sharing !
Danny great idea! Love the clarity and simplicity!
Perhaps just add more contrast in image by reversing the book colours (black border w/ white content) that way the book and head don't look like one entity once reduced to an icon size.
Agreed a little more work would have produced a better result. It was a 30 second image developed in PPT.
I hope it stimulates some ideas.
Kind regards
Danny
...aah - but is the book spine pointing towards the person, or away from them?
Doesn't the book-edge perspective need to be the other way around - pointing down to the horizon at the edges rather then the centre?
Alternatively - add a "stick chair" to the original.
love the colour contrast but shouldn't the book title be on the right side?
All part of the cunning plan to stimulate discussion.
I was going to use the excuse I am in Australia and things are the opposite way around but that probably wouldn't cut it.
A bit more shading and texture, and a few lines to show pages would fix the perspective; you are correct.
LOL
