We are building a course based around the construction industry. We are looking for a resource for stock photos. In the past we have used Dreamtime and a couple of others. They were fine but it's been some time since we have had the need for stock photos.
What are some other options out there?
Looking forward to some recommendations from you :)
I have found good construction-type and PPE stock photos and illustrations at istock. Here is a link to a site that searches many free or creative commons licensed images http://librestock.com/. You may find something there too.
We use graphicstock.com. It is less than $100/annually and they have a pretty good variety of items. There is no restriction to the number of items you can download too.
There is a huge library of royalty-free stock photos and cutout people photos at eLearningchips.com, which were taken especially for elearning developers. There are no restrictions on the amount of downloadable products and there is no need to purchase a subscription for a month or a year. Just pick the photos you need. Very convenient. And also there are some cutout photos for free.
That's definitely not true. If you are facing any problems using eLearningchips, i will help you to solve them. We value our reputation and try to make you as comfortable as possible.
I don't know much about the eLearningChips.com site, so I'd defer to Roman's assistance here. You can reach out to him specifically using the "contact me" button on his profile.

Hi Dave! Tom Kuhlmann recently did a roundup of free stock photo sites that might have some good possibilities for you.
I like Freepik: http://www.freepik.com/

Thanks for all of these....keep them coming! :)
iStockphoto subscriptions are reasonably priced.
Shutterstock is good.
Try Pixelsquid. You can rotate most images 360 on all axis and import into photoshop or download as a PNG.
pexels.com is my go to place for stock photos.
Greetings, Dave

The eLearningchips.com website immediately infected my computer with a virus. I don't recommend anyone else using it.
