Is there any way to modify the published HTML so that viewers can see my presentation on a smaller screen as a scaled presentation in HTML5 instead of being forced into loading the viewer app?
If you leave the 'Use the Articulate Mobile Player' option unchecked (see here for details), then the story.html would automatically redirect to story_html5.html on devices without Flash.

You can link directly to story_html5.html. This will force the HTML5 version.
Thank you so much Michael Hinze. That was EXACTLY what I needed. I renamed story_html5.html as story.html and it looks FANTASTIC on my phone.
What would be even better would be to not have to manually do this and make it an option when publishing.
