I just published a story with an imported power point and 10 quiz questions with a results slide. When I upload the scorm 1.2 compliant zip file to my LMS (Saba) I am able to take the course on a desktop or a mobile device, however the course status only changes to successful when on the desktop, but not when I complete on my iphone 6. Any suggestions? Is there another setting or option I need to select for the completion to process on my mobile phone?

Hi Gina. You might want to start by reviewing this article on troubleshooting common LMS issues with SCORM Cloud. In searching through E-Learning Heroes, I also found some references to Storyline SCORM 1.2 content in a Saba LMS, that is never set to Completed or Passed because Saba utilizes cmi.core.exit differently than most other LMSs. This prevents content from registering a completion. Not sure if that's contributing to your problem since it IS showing as complete when taken from a desktop, but the fix is detailed here if you want to look into it further. You may also want to check with the folks at Saba to see if they have some recommendations.
