Storyline 360 - Unable to attach PDFs via Jump To trigger Apr 11, 2018 By Glow 2D Hi, Working in a Storyline 360 file, I'm trying to attach a number of PDFs to on-slide buttons using the Jump To URL/File trigger. On publish, the External Files folder is empty, so the PDFs cannot be opened. When I created a new single-slide program to test this functionality it worked just fine. Any insight as to why the full-length program will not grab the PDFs and put them into the External Files folder on publish? Could I do this manually after publish as a workaround? Thank you!
