Storyline Client Interaction - Simulation Examples

Hi fellow E-Learning Heroes

I am looking for examples of how to use Storyline to create interactive client scenario stimulations.

For example, a client comes into the office and they ask a certain question and based on the answer, the learner will gain points.

Do you happen to have any examples that show this?
