Strange issue with audio in Storyline 3 module

Hi everyone.
Our company recently updated our LMS version (SumTotal) and we have two different elearning modules built with Storyline 3 we are testing.
Both work perfectly fine when viewed offline. Some of our testers here at home office have tested the modules and they work fine. Others, that are out in the field have mentioned that the audio clips present on each slide are not playing.
Everyone has been asked to check their audio settings and headphone volume etc etc.
The course initially was published a week ago in SCORM 2004 on the old version of the LMS and worked fine.
We published it this week in SCORM 2004 in the version of the LMS, and it isn't working for everyone.
We tried republishing in SCORM 1.2 and still no audio for many users out in the field.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Don,
Did you try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior?
That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that.
If it works correctly on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is coming from the LMS and you'll need to talk to your provider.
If you see the same issue on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is likely coming from the course itself. If that's the case, please reach out to our support team.
