Hello, my name is Ashley Manning, and I am an Educational Technology student at ASU. I am a brand new designer and new to this forum. I am working on a project to complete my last semester, and would love some feedback or ideas from those of you who have experience!
Project Overview
• 12-15 minute e-Learning tutorial
• Topic: Email Etiquette
• Target Audience: Anyone who uses email in a corporate environment
• Title: TBD
Topics to Include:
• Key Things to Know about Email
• Email Disasters
• Best Practices for Using Email Effectively
• Pros and Cons of Email
• Common Email Mistakes
Based on your experience with this target audience, are there other email topics that you feel should be included?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Here is something that you may want to consider as an attachment to your course. We call it the alphabet of email etiquette.
