We have a previous e learning we are trying to emulate, but do not have the source files or our original designer to help us.
I do though, have a brief video of the e learning I can share here.
What has me stumped is at about 15 seconds into the video the image zooms in and out, but the banner at the top remains fixed. I can not find a way to do this!
When I zoom in and out, the banner disappears.
I like to think of myself as a fairly techy person, but need help trying to learn how this was done.
It looks like it could well be camtasia or similar. You can get a similar effect using Storyline screen recording then inserting a Zoom area over the appropriate part of the video on the timeline, something like this (although I just knocked it up really quickly but it's a bit rough and ready!) https://360.articulate.com/review/content/b683f67a-b156-4ba2-b393-4cd775db3917/review
You can get a similar effect by having a video that zooms, and inserting a screenshot of just the banner on top of that video, so that it remains stable when the zoom happens.

Looks to me like it was zoomed in camtasia or screenflow
