Subjective Ordering Exercise

Delegates have a list of 8 to 10 items.  They are asked to rank them into an order that they think is appropriate.  The exercise is designed to be thought-provoking; it does not have a definitive answer, ie there is no right or wrong answer. 

The Rise matching exercise would be good, but as there is no right or wrong answer, this doesn't work because they will probably be told that they have an incorrect answer and to try again. 

Ideally, I would like to have an image with a scale, for delegates to drop their answers on to, or a matching list, where on one side it will say "first, second etc" and the second list are the items to put into order.

Is there anything in Rise that I could use to achieve my goals, or something very easy in Storyline that I could do (I haven't used it before, so it would need to be easy to do!)
