Subtle highlight within a screen recording

Hi all,
I'm a newbie to eLearning and need some help here. I've just created a project that includes a screen recording for a software simulation.
Basically, I click on a button to download a document during the demo. You know how documents, softwares, etc. are downloaded to the bottom of the browser? I'd like to highlight the download at the bottom of the browser, maybe using a rectangular box to outline the area.
Can anyone tell me how I can do this? I may be using the wrong words, but I hope you get the idea.
Thanks!

Hi there Cel,
Thanks for posting your question here in the community.
Maybe something as simple as adding a transparent rectangular shape with a brightly colored stroke/outline that appears around the download area could call attention to it.
Hi Nicole, I appreciate your response. That is what I'll like to do.
My question though, is how do I get that done in a video. I can do that on a slide but how do I do it on a screen recording that forms part of the project.
Thanks.
Hi Cel,
When you insert a screen recording as a single video onto a slide in Storyline, the video will appear on the Timeline panel at the bottom of the screen. You can then click on the Timeline where the Download button appears, and then insert the rectangle shape at the point on the Timeline.
Hi Nicole, this is excellent. Thank you!
It has opened a lot of other possibilities. I used a bouncy down arrow instead. Works great!
