I'm entering the world of Survey's. I have only used Articulate for Graded Quizzes and results in the past .....
While it seems pretty easy to build Survey Questions and there are several types provided there in no way in Articulate to to gather the survey results and do anything meaningful with the survey data results ..... which defeats any reason to even use Articulate for Surveys.
There is nothing I can't find in "Building Better Courses" that even discusses using Articulate to build & manage Surveys.
Thank you for posting your question here in the forums. You can indeed send the results from survey questions to an LMS, to track them. It's a good way to potentially gather your post-course evaluation results, for example. To do so, you need to insert a Survey Results Slide and include all the survey questions you want reported. Here's a few articles to help you out:
I created several basic examples using Survey questions and results slides. I tested these in the SCORM-Cloud and the results DO NOT get passed to LMS. The "learner responses" are always listed as undefined.
My workaround was to use graded questions with no defined answers and a Quiz Results slide. This allowed the responses to be send to our LMS system.
Not sure what good Survey questions are in Articulate if you can't somehow get at the Learner results data.

Once you've done that, here is how to publish your course for LMS.
Now that you've published, it's time to upload your content to your learning management system. The steps for this are slightly different for each LMS. Ask your LMS administrator if you need help with the specifics of uploading, launching, or tracking your course.

No, not without using workarounds/unsupported methods. There might be a way around it (others from the community may chime in!) but this is why LMS exist, to access the information inside e-learning courses. :)

As Nicole mentioned, it's really important that you insert a Survey Result Slide. A Graded Result Slide may not work for Survey Questions.
When I publish this .story project file (zipped, published output here) and upload it to SCORM Cloud, I am able to see these results on the Reportage page.

It is possible to access the survey results if you're just posting to your company intranet, not using an LMS?
