I would like to make a survey/quiz which will have 3 ranges of scores. Each slide or question will not have feedback. At the end each range will have a separate results slide or final feedback slide which will be RAG (Red Amber Green). Any ideas how I will do this or is there a template which already has this applied so I can see how it is done.
I have attached a picture which I found in Google searching for this topic.. this is the type of feedback i would like to give.
You could use a blank results slide and use layers. For example - show the green layer if the user scores more than X%, show the amber layer is the user scores between X to Y% and show red layer if the user scores less than Z%:
