Hi there. If I created a course in SL2 about 18 months ago, can I go in and switch it from Classic to Modern Player without disrupting anything? I like the look better. Thanks!
You should be able to switch with no problem, but keep in mind that the modern player allows for publishing in html5 only so if you still require Flash output because of browser limitations you will have to stick with the classic player.
Also, the modern player scales your content to fit whatever screen size the viewer is using - this means there could be some distortion of your images.
The easiest thing to do is switch to the modern player and preview (or publish your content) to see how it looks. If you don't like it, you can always switch back to the classic setting.
