Hello - We are looking to hire a contract technical designer to create engineering and manufacturing learning. We are not finding many designers that have high level complex diagram and technical writing skills that our end learner is requiring. Any tips on where to find or options for skills in this area? Any different softwares or specifics in Articulate that can assist us?
It can definitely be a challenge to find an ID with more advanced/technical skills. You might check out companies like Almon Inc. which specialize in that sort of development. Working with a company might be easier than searching for specific individuals since it's a contract position.
