Technical issues - Articulate not responding

Hi there,

I just installed a second license of articulate on a laptop. 

System is running Windows 7 and Office 2007.

Everything loads perfectly and even my ribbon and buttons for articulate appear; however, when I click on ANY items in the aticulate tab, nothing happens.  If i click on Quizmaker quiz, or enege or attachments, etc...nothing happens.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!
