Text Entry Grading

Hello, I am designing an e-learning that has the learners fill out a form with the right information. I have used the text entry feature so that they can fill out all the spaces but am struggling to figure out how to present feedback. Is there a way to add triggers to display layers based on the text anwer using the reference or text entry fields?

I also thought about converting my slide to a freeform question but I have multiple text fields that the user needs to answer so that did not work. The freeform question would only grade one textbox at a time.

Has anyone tried something similar to this before/have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
