I do not see how this would be possible, because once you have published the course, the text-to-speech audio files are already recorded. They cannot be edited in the published version of the course, while the course is being played.
Tracy is correct, sadly variables cannot be used in the text to speech function, though this would be amazing! They only seem to work on text in the slides themselves.
You'll have to substitute for something less personalized. In example, "Learner" instead of their actual name. You can still find a use for the text input later on, such as for a completion page header.
