Title is for lack of a better term but what a client wants is an indicator on each slide of how long the course is and how far the user had progressed at any given point in time. In other words, a real-time visual marker of progress. Possible in Storyline 3?
I'v attached something that you might find useful, it's a simple Storyline with layers that I've got 'layer number' indicators on and a simple visual progress bar.
I've built this using layers as it ended up being a block in a Rose course but the same concept can be used over multiple slides in a project. It's nothing fancy but does the job for us :)

I just realized you're using Storyline 3. That method in the article only works in Storyline 360.
