1. check the SL AICC zip file with SCORMcloud to determine it is working. Make sure you test the entire course especially any assessment with a results page.
2. if SCORMcloud passes your course as a good manifest with all scoring, then you know that the issue is with your LMS. If you are uploading to Saba, make sure your scoring/reporting is Pass/Incomplete or Complete/Incomplete. The others reporting settings are more problematic.
3. If you are using Cornerstone or another LMS, they will require different solutions which may need you to change some lines of code in the SL lms file folder.
Hi Linda - sometimes the various LMS need a tweak once you can confirm that you tested the course in SCORMcloud. Are you using SL2,3 or 360? Which LMS are you using?
Cornerstone is one of the LMS vendors that requires some code tweaking from my experience. Before you go through this process, it is best to try SCORMcloud now before you touch the code to confirm that your course is working. You used the term "presentation" in your original question. Are you creating a Storyline AICC course with an assessment or is it really just a presentation? A course with an assessment passes different data to the LMS than what a presentation would require. I will call you to discuss.

From my client
Is David referring to lines of code in the courseware files? If so, which lines need to be changed in which files?
