We use Tovuti, just implemented it in January, and so far I am 85% pleased with it! There are so many little nuances and little nitty gritty details that are just annoying or that seem really illogical, that I've had to send in like 20+ feature requests and a few dozen help tickets already. They're probably sick of hearing from me. But there are so many things that take a surplus of clicks to accomplish something that should be doable in 1 or 2 clicks. (For example, viewing the uploaded activity of a user takes 9 clicks for something that should take 1.)
Id love to find other Tovuti users to be able brainstorm and share ideas. And also to maybe send in mass feature suggestions and improvements since they do prioritize features and improvements requested by multiple companies instead of just one person at one company haha.

Ashley - has the Tovuti experience improved? Are they responsive to suggestions? Any significant issues with core functionality?
