Tracking Course Changes

Hi everyone, I'm interested to see how others track their course changes and update schedule. I've used a SharePoint list with columns for:

  • Course Code
  • Course Title
  • Change Type
  • Priority
  • Due Date
  • Programmer
  • QA Specialist

What does everyone else use?
