tracking interactive objects

Hello everybody,

I'm building a short survey-like Storyline 'course' for participants to do after attending a symposium. I have set up a slide where the participant can slide a slider to select a corresponding value or opinion about a subject while the states of the character changes (fig. 1). I would like to track these values (like in a quiz with the 'pick one' template of some sort). I can't quite figure out how to do that and link these values to a result slide.
