Tracking Progress Through an Onboarding Program
I'm looking for some out-of-the-box ways to think about tracking onboarding for our store team members.
We can track it in our LMS, but there's a lot of "hands on" activities that employees need to complete, plus there's little visibility into the LMS in the store (it is largely out of sight, out of mind unless someone has a specific reason to go into it). And paper tracking is easily lost, damaged etc.
Looking for something ideas that you've tried in retail, hospitality, etc. Thanks!
