Suddenly none of the trainings posted via Storyline 2 are playing. I've tried several and just a white screen displays. Our IT department told us to delete our browsing history and restart our machines but it still isn't working.
Is this something to do with a flash update? What do I need to tell our IT department to get this problem fixed? We have several trainees trying to complete prerequisite courses that are unable, so this is very bad timing!

Are your Storyline courses hosted on a local or a network drive, rather than a webserver? If yes, then you might want to check out the info here.
