Any suggestions on how to transform your training team from traditional classroom instructors to e-learning specialists? I am working on a 5 year plan on how to taking our training program into the future. Our team has 4 trainers. My specialty is ISD, and I'm currently the e-learning expert who does a little bit of everything when it comes to e-learning. The other 3 trainers are SMEs who design, develop, and deliver traditional classroom training using PowerPoint slides.I’d love to hear your thoughts!
