HI, I've added a wipe transition to a text box, from the left and by paragraph. However this doesn't seem to work in either preview mode or as a published project. If I change the animation to wipe as a whole object then it works, weird!
I've included a copy of the project file for reference.

Darren, Looks like a bug to me. I'd register a ticket on the issue.
It looks like it also applies to other animations. I went through the list and it breaks on each of these animation styles: Split, Wipe, Shape, Wheel, and Random Bars.
As a workaround, I would split the paragraphs into different text boxes. Then you can apply the animations and control the timing a little more precisely.
Thanks for your patience as our team took a look at this one. Today we released an update to Articulate 360 including a fix in Storyline 360 for the behavior where some animations set to occur by paragraph didn't work in HTML5 output, including random bars, shape, split, wheel, and wipe.
Take a look at the release notes here, and when you're ready to update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.
