We translated MS-WORD - English into two Asian languages. We used:
SimSun - for simplified Chinese (zh) (and)
MS Minchu for Japanese (jp).
Both WORD documents failed to import. It's always possible the translator changed details on the left side of Word, but, assuming they did not, can you verify if Articulate is able to import these MS-Word fonts back into SL-2 ?
If they can, are there other simple tests we can run to see if we can get SL-2 to import these two projects? Thanks, Tom
I am not sure about the font, but it should be no problem to import to SL2. But if translator changed details on the left side of Word, it could cause problems. The easiest way to fix it is to copy the translated column context, then open the original untranslated Word file and paste on the corresponding column and save as a new file. Use this new file to import into SL2 and see if you can make it.

That worked. Just swapping text on right-side of the template allowed SL2 to properly process the entire document. thank you!
