I have a simple 2 slide tutorial that I've created in Storyline 3. I have a play button that is triggered to go to the next slide where a video is inserted and plays automatically. I also have a triggered link to "view transcript" of the video. The trigger for playing the video is working properly but for some reason, when I preview, the "view transcript" link plays the audio from the video. It also appears that the transcript document will open as well (although I can't see this in the preview mode).
I published the course in Articulate Review, and the links, in terms of how they should work, work well, both of them.
However, the link to the document is pointing at a place in your local drive or network, which means that if you click on the link and have no access to that specific location, it doesn't work.

Thanks! I've never had a problem uploading docs from my local computer and all 3000 of my users have always been able to access it. I have no idea why - seems like unless they have access to this drive they shouldn't be able to see it. But for some reason it always works. I don't know how else to upload documents/media except to save it to the company network. My company doesn't allow web-based storage apps or locations due to security reasons. It's very frustrating!
I'll take a look at the information you sent. Thank you so much!

You're welcome. In my experience, I come across this issue every now and then. When I find it, I browse for the file I want to upload directly from the entire path of the file instead of using shortcuts to the file's path. Not sure how/why that makes it work, but so far no problem after I do that.

Thanks for lending a hand here, Ulises!
