Today when starting storyline-2 i received this error message "There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor" a bit of history to this. Last week we installed the latest storyline-2 build, and the product ran as it should. Now we can not run it at all.... any suggestions on how to resolve this?
Trying your suggested method does not work. When running the install it wants us to uninstall, when looking for the uninstall function it is not in the file directories

Hi Pete! Sorry to hear about this issue you've run into.
Please try to repair your Storyline install using these instructions.
If that does not resolve the problem, please submit a support case so our technical team can take a closer look and help resolve the issue.
