I can't get the page to save my email preferences under "Account". I select the options I want and when I click "Save Preferences" nothing happens. I can't find a contact phone number or link for assistance. I tried to make the changes via Chrome, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. Anyone have ideas on how I can make the changes? Help!

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues. On my end everything is working normally. Have you tried opening a new browser window in incognito mode?
