Updating text on a published Storyline module - without publishing again

Hi everyone, 

I came across a post on here about updating text on a Storyline project, by using a script and an excel sheet to fill in the questions and  answers on the project. 

my question is, is it possible to use this method, but only use it for updating blocks of text on the project so i wont need to keep republishing the whole story output.
