Uploading SCORM error
By

Hi, Just a shot in the dark here.....
I've had a course developed by an external provider, and I uploaded it to a previous LMS and it ran with no problems at all.
We've since move over to a new LMS, and I cannot for the life of me get it to run, and am getting an error 404 message every time we try to run it.
I've also tried to upload it to another LMS (docebo) which is telling me "Some of the archive files are not allowed" and won't upload it.
Anyone ran into anything similar? The LMS provider is saying it's the content, (it worked previously though in our old LMS), and the content provider is saying it's the LMS!!
Thanks in advance!

See if you can upload the course to SCORM Cloud. If it works there, that indicates there is an issue with your LMS. If it doesn't work in SCORM Cloud, then it's a content issue.
Hi Matthew, I've only got the free SCORM Cloud account and the course is just over 100mb limit unfortunately.
