Design phase for the conversion of 5-days Instructor-Led-Training (ILT) course to asynchronous e-Learning.

Course content covers the implementation of video streaming technology so applicant will require knowledge of video protocols and networking.

This job is for the Design Phase and the follow-on work (not included in this job) will be Storyline, so SL features and functionality to be included in Bid and eventual ID output.
