User Experience Vs. Learner Experience

Mar 06, 2018

Hi,
A couple of years ago, I think. I was in a email conversation with someone at Articulate about responsive design before the launch of Rise. And that person made some good points about single screen learning and the benefits of that. At L&D at the RNLI we are trying to describe to other areas of the charity the difference between UX and LX. Would anyone at Articulate know of any research that supports LX as being clearly different to UX? With Rise and other similar software now available the lines are getting blurred and we are trying to clarify the difference so the learner's journey is clearly a different design to web site user experience. What do you think?
