Video Encoder lets you change your video to FLV (which is on of the formats that you can use in Articulate Presenter, Engage, or Quizmaker). So a lot of folks use it just to change the format of their movie, if their original file is in a non-supported format.

Video Encoder lets you change your video to FLV (which is on of the formats that you can use in Articulate Presenter, Engage, or Quizmaker). So a lot of folks use it just to change the format of their movie, if their original file is in a non-supported format.
However, there are also some other cool things you can do with it too, like trimming the video, cropping it to a different size, adjusting volume/brightness/contrast, and adding a logo.
