If you want the scrubber in Articulate Presenter to control the Flash movie, you must keep everything in the main timeline.
If the playback is paused, movieClips will continue to play.
Be especially concerned with putting Actionscript statements in the timeline. If the user scrubs past the frame that holds the Actionscript, that script will NOT be executed.
Keep your flash animations at 30 frames per second.
If you're building for Articulate Presenter, all your Actionscript must be AS2, not AS3.
