I created this tab interaction using a 3D drum model from Microsoft. The biggest challenge was isolating the various parts of the drum kit since they were all on 3d piece. You can see how I did it by clicking on the video camera near the top of the screen during the demo.
I had to add sound effects to this (obviously) which I got from Freesound.org.
