Variable Not Firing

Hey everyone,
I'm stuck on a part of my project and have been trying to troubleshoot for the past 2 hours. I'm sure that I'm missing something simple but could use an extra set of eyes.
What I am trying to do is:
1. On the achievements slide change the state of the lock for level 2 to change from a disabled state (grayed out) to a special state (color)
2. Allow user to click on lock 2 to jump to slide 2 only if the user has completed the task from level 1.
To start:
go to the achievements page and click the lock on level 1
On the level 1 slide click GO
check all 3 boxes (it will redirect you to the achievements page)
Lock 2 should now be in color and clickable
(these last two steps are where I am running into difficulty)

You need to change the trigger to change the state of the lock.
You're changing the state when the variables changes. But it's already changed so it's not going to trigger.
You need to change the state when the timeline of the slide starts on the condition that var=true
