We have created one course in that we have inserted video,
but the problem is when we try to replay that video on I-pad it won’t work? Can anybody tell me solution for this?

I'm assuming that if you're playing your course on an iPad you're publishing for HTML5. Please make sure you check that your feature is available on this list that compares Storylines Output in HTML5/AMP/FLASH. Also, make sure you've reviewed this list of the technical requirements for viewing Storyline content. You'll also want to make sure you're following the correct steps for publishing your content.
