Video Echo in Quizmaker

I have created a quiz in quizmaker with to blank slides for branching to correct and incorrect based on the answer selected. In the correct/incorrect blank slides, I have inserted a small .swf video on both the correct and incorrect blank slides, set to include player and not to automatically start on load (The student is being advised to click Play to hear additiona recommendation). When I publish the quiz, the audio from the videos on both slides automatically begins to play before even selecting an answer. In addition, when previewing just one of the blank feedback slides, the audio is playing twice in echo. The only solution I have found in this forum is to delete a second audio icon, which I am not getting. Does anyone have an answer? Thanks.
