Video Encoder 09 Crash Dec 06, 2012 By Shan Raffel When I attempt to convert a file I get the following message: the program could not run because MagCore.dll is missing

We often recommend the K-Lite Codec pack to cover basic codecs used in videos. Wanna d/l and try that? K-Lite Codec Pack Full (accept all default installation options): http://www.free-codecs.com/K_Lite_Codec_Pack_download.htm
