Video in Quizmaker does not load after upload

Good day,
I'll explain what I am trying to do.
I need to upload a video file to a website, and I figured I'd try doing this in Articulate. I wanted to include a skin of some sort, but discovered that you can put any images on a layer above a video file unless it's in Quizmaker. So I put the video in Quizmaker, made a very simple skin to overlap it and published it to 'web' or an html file. The video works fine when I play it locally, but it fails to play after I upload to the website. Quizmaker just sits there and appears as though it's loading.
Any thoughts as to why it's not playing.
Thanks
Ian

Update: Although the Quizmaker appears to load - The part of the screen where the video is suppose to play just remains black.
Hi Ian, how are you uploading this? What format of video are you using? If uploading via FTP, are you uploading in binary mode?
It seems that I have the same problem. I used a video file and it works fine locally. If I playback the content, the video is not loading.
I used the option to insert a flash movie in MP4 format. I will test if this cause the problem.
update: also with a flash movie this cause the same problem. It does not matter if you embed the movie or open in a new window. It isn't loading (content)
Hi Sjoerd,
Is this the same issue you're discussing over here?:

Yes, but actually, this post was about the problem with the video file and the other post was about "how to handle with larger files" in common. Usually embedding options would be a great idea.
