Video with timed questions help

Nov 27, 2015

Hello all

My company has decided to start using Articulate and I am applying for the new training job they have created. It's new to everyone in the company but I'm very keen to showcase my skills at the interview so I'm putting together some examples to show what I can do.

One of the examples I'm planning on is a video, and as the trainee watches, they must select a range of answers as they observe them being demonstrated in the video.

My my idea isn't unlike the hazard perception test for your driving licence - there will only be a limited window in which the trainee has the opportunity to indicate that they have observed an example of the answer in the video.

Im happy placing the video into my scene - what I would like to know is if it is possible to create a few buttons / switches to the side that the trainee only has a limited amount of time to click on, and time these 'openings' to correspond to the correct part of the video

many thanks for any help - if it's been asked before or there are any examples, point me in the right direction!
